Meir Dizengoff, the seventy-four year old mayor of Tel Aviv, who has been seriously ill and for whose recovery special prayers and fasts were proclaimed by the Jews of Palestine, today resumed his duties.

A great ovation was given the mayor when he visited a Hebrew film show at one of the local theatres.
