A bill seeking to exempt employes of butcher shops from provisions of the State kosher law, which makes it a misdemeanor for a person to misrepresent the quality of food offered for sale, will be introduced in the Assembly by Assemblyman Neustein, it was announced yesterday by the Hebrew Butcher Workers Union.

The bill will seek to place responsibility for such sale solely upon the proprietor of the shop rather than upon the employe who, the union contends, must obey his employer or lose his job.
