A three-day convention of the Jewish Consumptives’ Relief Society, marking its thirty-first anniversary, will open at the Hotel Astor tomorrow, About 800 delegates from all over the country are expected to attend. The convention will open with religious services tomorrow morning at Congregation B’nai Jeshurun, 270 West Eighty-ninth street.
