Julius S. Weyl, chairman of the United Jewish Appeal and Jerome J. Rothschild, will head the annual campaign on behalf of the United Jewish Appeal this year, it was announced yesterday. Arthur A. Fleisher, president of the Jewish Hospital, was elected treasurer of the campaign, succeeding William Rosenwald, now one of the national chairmen of the Appeal.
