A challenge to a public debate on Revisionism was issued by Vladimir Jabotinsky, the Revisionist leader, to Dr. Stephen S. Wise in connection with the attacks which Rabbi Wise has made on the Revisionist movement, it was announced yesterday.
The announcement states that negotiations reached the stage of engaging a large hall in New York City for the debate. Dr. Wise, however, declined the challenge, stating that it would be damaging to Zionist interests at the present moment to enter any such debate.
