A musical evening will be given by the Judaean League of New York City on Sunday in celebration of Young Judaea Day at Steinway Hall, 113 West Fifty-seventh street.

Machinery to organize a Bronx Jewish Youth Conference in the latter part of April will be set in motion Monday night at a preliminary meeting of delegates representing the borough’s four major Jewish centers at the Bronx Y, 171st street and Fulton avenue.

Israel Berman has been elected executive secretary of Masada, it was announced yesterday by Isaac Imber, national president. Mr. Berman became associated with Masada in 1932 when the Eastern section of the society was known as the Youth Zionist Organization.

A series of eight weekly lectures and discussions on “The Pre-School Child,” will be given at Council House, 1122 Forest avenue, Bronx, the settlement house directed by the New York section of the National Council of Jewish Women, beginning at eight o’clock tonight.

The Brooklyn Jewish Big Brother and Big Sister Association will meet at the Brooklyn Jewish Center tonight. Edward T. O’Loughlin, newspaper columnist and former Register of Kings County, will be the speaker of the evening.
