Max Spelke, of the law firm of Spelke and Zone, has been appointed a special assistant to Attorney General of the United States, Homer Cummings. Mr. Spelke, who has known the Attorney General since childhood, has been actively identified with the Zionist movement for many years and has also engaged in other Jewish activities.
