Jewish immigration into Palestine in March reached the highest record since the time of the Jewish prophets Ezra and Nehemia, it was announced here today. Approximately 7,100 Jews entered the country last month.
On one day 3,200 Jews landed in Haifa alone. The total number of Jewish immigrants who entered during the first three months of this year was given today as 17,00.
