of nine appointed by the Actions Committee to effect peace with the Revisionists was occupied today debating a proposal of the General Zionists which consisted of the following points:
1. A broad coalition of all Zionist groups formed on the basis of an agreed program.
2. A special committee to be established to prepare this program.
3. Unfair acts to be avoided by the various groups during the elections to the next Zionist Congress.
4. Full discipline to be observed by all groups within the Zionist organization.
The Revisionist members of the understanding commission argued that the question of discipline depends upon whether the entire program is agreed upon by all groups. Also, whether the lists of candidates for the proposed coalition will consist of persons fit for nomination.
