The Zionist Actions Committee adjourned its morning session today to permit the Mizrachi and the General Zionists to consider the declaration by the Revisionists that they will not participate in the next Zionist Congress unless its program is agreed upon in advance with regard to questions concerning major Zionist policies. If this point is granted, the Revisionists declared, they will be ready to submit to discipline and cooperate with the other factions in the Zionist Organization.
