The second Maccabiad, the Jewish World Olympiad, in which 1,200 athletes from twenty – seven countries including America participated, closed here tonight with an impressive ceremony.
a torchlight procession at the stadium was one of the features of the ceremony. It is estimated that about 200,000 persons visited the Maccabiad games which opened April 2.
