Representatives of the Jewish community in Harbin were assured here by Japanese Consul-General Marishima that measures will be taken to stop the anti-Jewish propaganda conducted by the Czarist White Russians in Harbin.

The assurance was given as a result of representations made to the Manchukuo government and the Japanese Foreign Office in Tokyo by N. E. B. Ezra, editor of Israel’s Messenger in Shanghai.
