Nazi Concludes Testimony in Protocols Trial

Col. Ulrich Fleischauer, the Nazi “expert,” brought to end today his six days of testifying at the trial in which Swiss Nazis are accused of spreading the forged “Protocols of the Elders of Zion.” for anti-Semitic propaganda purposes.

Concluding his testimony, Col, Fleischauer declared that he would be willing to continue even longer. He explained, however, that his time is limited since his funds have been exhausted.

A sensation was created in court today by a report in the Berne Tageblatt that Fleischauer is receiving 63,000 Swiss francs (approximately $21,000) for his testimony.

CITES DR. STUERMER

The Nazis “expert” in his final speech today cited Der Stuermer, notorious anti-Semitic organ published by Julius Streicher in Nuremburg, as “evidenc” that the Jews are ritual murderers. He wound up with an attack on the pro-Jewish expert, Dr. Arthur Baumgartner, declaring that “Dr. Baumgartner is a distinguished scholar but knows nothing about Jews, therefore he was chosen by the Jews as an expert.”

Dr. Baumgartner was not present in court when the Nazi expert made the attack against him.
