The only Jewish hospital in the province of Ontario, Mount Sinai Hospital, was reopened yesterday with Mayor James Simpson officiating at the ceremonies which were also attended by David Croll, Minister of Labor and Welfare of the province.

The hospital, thoroughly modern in all respects, houses 100 beds. They are already all occupied. The hospital actually has been in existence fifteen years, having just been rebuilt in entirety.

Rabbi Samuel Sachs delivered the benediction at the conclusion of the ceremonies. Notables who attended included: Sam Factor, member of the Canadian Parliament; J. J. Glass, member of the Provincial Parliament; Alderman Nathan Phillips and Dr. C. Rutley, secretary of the Canadian Hospital Association.
