Harry M. Marks, chairman of the camp committee of the Metropolitan League of Jewish Community Associations, announces the appointment of Murray Sachs as director of Camp Wel-Met, which opened under the auspices of the League at Lake Tiorati, Palisades Interstate Park, on Memorial Day.

Emanuel Sonnenreich will address the Young People’s Conference at 148 West Eighty-fifth Street tomorrow (Monday) night. He will speak on “A Challenge to American Jewish Youth.”

The complete schedule of registration dates for applicants for vacations at Bay House and Lehman House, maintained by the Jewish Working Girls’ Vacation Society, has been made public by Mrs. Sydney Erlanger, chairman of the registration committee. The opening day will be today (Sunday).

The annual linen and clothing shower of the Pride of Judea Children’s Home will be held today (Sunday) and tomorrow. The home is located at Dumont Avenue and Elton Street, Brooklyn. It depends upon this annual event for the major part of its supply of linens and clothing for the year.
