The Yiddish language must become the official language of the Bureya, Joseph Liberberg, the Soviet administrator of Biro-Bidjan, announced today.
Mr. Liberberg made the announcement at a session of the Biro-Bidjan local Soviet. He admonished the Soviet for not accelerating the process of Yiddishizing the State institutions.
