Prof. Selig Perlman of the University of Wisconsin will be the guest of honor and principal speaker tomorrow evening at an open meeting arranged by the Chicago branch of the American Jewish Congress. The occasion will be a joint meeting of the administrative committee and the executive council of the unit.
