Two Montreal Jewish medical specialists, Doctors J. M. Rabinowitch and C. C. Birchard, have been appointed by the Canadian government to participate in the annual Artic Patrol Expedition which leaves Montreal on July 13 to investigate the Eskimos’ immunity from cancer.
