Emil Leitner has been named Chairman of the Real Estate Club of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies, it was announced Friday. He succeeds G. Richard Davis, who has headed the club since its founding fifteen years ago, to enlist support for Federation’s 91 affiliated charities among real estate operators, brokers and builders, and in the allied building industries.

Associated with Mr. Leitner as officers of the club for 1935 will be: Frederick Brown, honorary chairman; Samuel D. Leidesdorf, treasurer; and the following chairmen of special divisions; Samuel Fassler, building trades; Richard L. Rafalsky and Samuel G. Rosenthal, management; Arthur Gross, architects; Irving Manacher, coal and fuel oil; Henry F. Fischbach, electrical contractors; Lawrence Ottinger, lumber; Ignatius Fischl, painters; Morris Jarcho, heating and plumbing; and Max Engler, executive secretary of the club.
