A new law designed to remove the few exemptions still permitted under the “Aryan Clause” for “non-Aryan” State officials, is now in the course of preparation by the German cabinet, it was learned here today.

The new law will make it impossible for the few “non-Aryans” who are still employed by the State to receive pensions for their services. The proposed law will, however, affect only a few remaining “non-Aryans,” most of whom are employees in the various foreign offices of the Reich.
