This new committee is composed of representatives of the various organized parties in Wilno Jewry.

The Jewish Community Council was dissolved June 18, at the same time that the authorities also dissolved the Jewish Community Board of Radom. Inefficiency was given as the reason and new elections were ordered in both cities.
