Two hundred United States and Canadian chapters of Aleph Zadik Aleph, junior order of B’nai B’rith, are represented at the twelfth international convention of the organization which opened here today with Irving Hill, president of the order presiding.
The feature of the convention will be the international finals of the A.Z.A. oratorical contest. Prof. Selig Perlman of Wisconsin University will conduct a campfire forum on “Jobs for Jewish Youth.” Harry Friedberg, vice president of the Zionist Organization of America, will lead a discussion on “Palestine and Jewish Youth.”
