Gold has been discovered in Palestine near Hartur, the Falastin, Arab newspaper reports.

The new Palestine radio broadcasting station, the first permanent radio base in the Near East, will be dedicated and officially opened at the end of November, it was announced today.

A temporary radio station had been set up in Tel Aviv last year for the Levant Fair, but it was dismantled soon after the fair closed.
