Gen. Cohen of China Places Orders for War Cotton Goods

General Moshe Cohen—the mystery man of China, the bodyguard of the late Dr. Sun Yat-Sen and the organizing genius behind a dozen Chinese generals—has arrived in England for the purpose of placing orders for large quantities of cotton goods with Lancashire mills, in connection with the Sino-Japanese conflict, it was discovered today.

In interviews with the local press, the Jewish general of China, who was born in London’s East End, refused to discuss the exact reason for his visit to England. The presence of the Chinese-Jewish-general in England was made known when he paid a visit today to his parents in Manchester.

General Moshe Cohen is credited with training some of China’s best fighting units.
