A bill, providing that authors of anti-Semitic articles and editors of papers wherein these articles appear shall be penalized, was approved by the Parliamentary Committee here yesterday and was publicized in today’s press.

The bill is regarded as one of the most important pro-Jewish steps, in view of the fact that most of the anti-Jewish attacks here were instigated by inciting articles appearing in the local anti-Semitic press.
