Jacob de Haas, American Zionist and one-time collaborator of Dr. Theodor Herzl, and Rabbi Louis I. Newman, of New York, will be General Zionist candidates for the forthcoming constituent congress of the New Zionist Organization being established by the Zionist Revisionists, the organization’s headquarters announced here today.
