Reichsfuehrer Hitler has awarded the Hindenburg Cross to Hans Davidsohn, Jewish proprietor of the Zion Hotel in the Jewish quarter of Haifa, it became known here today.
Davidsohn has accepted the award.
The German Consul here sent the cross to Davidsohn with a letter, in which was included a citation from the Reichs Chancellory.
