Vice-president John N. Garner, president of the United States Senate, today ordered the resolution adopted by the Massachusetts House of Representatives in protest against Nazi persecution of Jews and other minorities printed in the Congressional Record and referred to the Foreign Relations Committee.
Senator David I. Walsh of Massachusetts filed the resolution with the Senate.
Meanwhile, copies of the anti-Hitler resolution were filed in the House by Representatives Andrew, Martin, Rogers and McCormack, all of Massachusetts.
In the House, the resolution was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
