Dissatisfaction with the make-up of the Immigration Department of the Jewish Agency resulted today in a complaint from the General Zionist Federation and the resignation of the department’s secretary.
H. Barlass, general secretary of the Immigration Department, tendered his resignation, giving as his reason the ### of the department. Four members of the Jewish ###, supreme representative of the Jewish people ### dealings, were assigned to this dep###### folios Monday. They are: Moshe Sh######Shapir# and Mr. Dobkin.
