Expressing themselves dissatisfied with the answer of High Commissioner Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope to their memorandum demanding restrictions on the Jews, the leaders of five Arab parties today disclosed they are calling a joint meeting of Arab parties for December 3.

Sir Arthur had announced that he was transmitting to the Colonial Office the Arab memorandum, which demanded an end to Jewish immigration and land purchase and establishment of a democratic form of government.
