The German authorities has launched a campaign to drive Polish nationals of the Jewish faith out of the commercial life of the nation, it became known today.
The HAGO, National Socialist Traders Association, notified 150 Polish Jews engaged in the wholesale egg business that they would no longer be permitted to receive shipments of eggs for resale.
Jewish Polish citizens were notified yesterday that their labor permits, allowing them to work in Germany, would not be renewed when they expire.
Similar measures that Nazi authorities had intended taking against Czechoslovakian nationals who are Jews were blocked when the Czech Legation served notice on the Nazi officials that reprisals would be likely against German firms in Czechoslovakia.

Notaries must in the future submit proof that their wives are “Aryans,” according to an order issued today by Minister of Justice Frank. The order also stated that notaries who intend to marry must submit proof that the intended brides are “Aryan.”
A joint order issued by the secret police and the Ministry of Propaganda prohibits Jewish writers and artists from using pseudonyms, even in the “ghetto theatres” operated by the Jewish Kulturbund.
The first court decision holding that Jews cannot acquire real-estate was handed down in the Rostock District Court. The judge supported local authorities in refusing to register the sale of property to Jews, basing his decision on the “unwritten laws of our National Socialist State.”
