Attempts to oust Jewish lawyers from the Vienna Bar Association will be fought on the grounds that such action is unconstitutional, it was indicated today by the Union of Jewish Lawyers. The Union announced that it has sent telegrams to Chancellor Kurt Schuschnigg, the Minister of Justice and the general secretary of the Vaterland Front warning them that the threatened dismissals are unconstitutional.
