Observance of laws for the protection of German blood is the primary duty of physicians in the State municipal health system, it was declared today by Dr. Arthur Guett, director of the State Medical Academy, in an address on the opening of the academy’s semester.

He emphasized that the racial problem is the most important of the Reich, adding that every doctor employed by the State “must educate the German family for racial responsibility.”
