Any future program for the continued upbuilding of the Jewish National Home in Palestine will depend for its success upon the cooperation extended to the Palestine Foundation Fund, it is declared by David Lloyd George, former Prime Minister of Great Britain, Mr. Simon Marks, English Philanthropist, and Leopold Amery, former Colonial Secretary, in messages made public here by the United Palestine Appeal.
