Arabs Fail in Effort to Set Fire to Hebrew U. Unit

An attempt to set fire to the agricultural experimental station of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem was frustrated this afternoon when students saw the incipient blaze and extinguished it. Two Arabs were arrested in connection with the incident.

Telephone wires between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv were cut by Arabs today, but were swiftly repaired.
