The Supreme Court today recognized Dr. Joshua Gottlieb, a Zionist leader, as the deputy in the Sejm (lower Parliamentary House) from the Jewish quarter of Warsaw in place of the late Waslaw Wislicki.

In last September’s election, Wislicki, running against Dr. Gottlieb, won the seat by a narrow margin of votes. When Wislicki died on Oct. 3, Dr. Gottlieb claimed the seat.
