A magistrate in Oldenburg today sentenced an “Aryan” to six months’ imprisonment for falsely accusing the wife of a Jewish physician of insulting Fuehrer Hitler after a quarrel with her.
The defendant had retracted his accusation, admitting that he wished the Jewess confined in a concentration camp for revenge, but later withdrew his retraction when he realized the false accusation made him liable to punishment.
