Edmondson Case Deferred to Friday

The arraignment of Robert E. Edmondson, anti-Semitic propagandist, on criminal libel charges contained in a summons issued by Mayor LaGuardia was adjourned today until Friday in Tombs Court. Magistrate Bernard Mogilesky granted the stay to John S. Wise, Jr., who appeared as attorney for Edmondson. Many spectators hissed Wise, others applauded, as he left the courtroom.
