Registration of all men between the ages of 18 and 45 residing in Berlin was officially ordered today by the police president without differentiating between “Aryans” and “non-Aryans.”

The order instructed all men of military age to register between July 13 and August 22, bringing with them their birth certificates and their parents’ certificates and documents to establish that the registrants are Reich subjects.

The Jews registering will not serve in the army proper but in all likelihood will be formed into special Jewish labor battalions.
