Advocate Carlo Alberto Viterbo, member of the Federation of Jewish Communities, left today for Ethiopia to create the first Jewish communal organizations in Addis Ababa and Diredawa.

He will also contact the Falashas, the race of Ethiopian Jews.

The Colonial Ministry has approved the federation’s plans to organize Jewish communities and investigate Jewish religious conditions in Italy’s newly-acquired colonial empire.
