Court Bars Jews’ Appeal in Przytyk Case

The District Court yesterday rejected preliminary motions for appeal filed by the eleven Jews among the 50 residents of the town of Przytyk sentenced to varying terms in prison for participation in disorders last March 9.

The court granted similar motions by Polish peasants among the defendants.
