Nasz Przeglad, Polish-Jewish daily, reported yesterday that Col. Joseph Beck, Polish Foreign Minister, intended to submit a claim for colonies to the League of Nations.

His demand that territories be made accessible for colonization by Polish peasants and Jews, the newspaper said, will be based on the Government’s assertion that 80,000 Polish Jews must be settled overseas, in order to decrease unemployment and restore some measure of prosperity.
