The Rumanian Peasants’ Party called upon King Carol today to dissolve immediately the Tatarescu cabinet and transfer government authority to its own leaders, the Havas News Agency reports.

Speakers at the tenth anniversary ceremonies of the party’s founding attacked Rumanian Fascist-inclined groups which are urging “closer relationship with Germany.”

Coincidentally, the pro-German and Fascist Rumanian Front, led by former Premier A. Vaida-Vcevod, at a convocation in Orademare exalted Germany and Italy as “two powers standing for order in Europe.” The Front chieftain urged conclusion of a pact with Germany.

The Peasant Party adopted the Roman salute with extended arm, similar to the Italian and Nazi salute. The gesture is accompanied by uttering the single word–” Justice.”
