The Archbishop of York has joined members of the advisory council of the Society of Jews and Christians in supporting a resolution condemning the “propaganda of hatred against Jews as an unmitigated evil which violates the teachings of religion and is detrimental to the religious life of the nation.”
Others supporting the resolution include the Dean of Canterbury, the Dean of St. Paul’s and Sir Norman Angell.
