William Ormsby-Gore, Colonial Secretary, denied in Commons yesterday that the Government has prepared a plan for regulation of Jewish immigration into Palestine in accordance with the numerical proportion of Jews and Arabs now there.

He said officials are testifying as Government representative when presenting facts before the Royal Commission, but as individuals when offering opinions.
