Palestine Oranges Not to Enter England Duty-free

The authorities are not entitled to give British-mandated Palestine preference in orange shipments to England, Dr. Burgin, Parliamentary secretary of the British Board of Trade, said today in Commons in reply to a question on whether Palestine citrus could be given free entry as an emergency measure to avoid a shortage.
