A large number of Jews were beaten up today by Endeks (Nationalists) during the market day at the town of Czyczew in the Bialystok district despite the presence of police reinforcements. Jews were forced to leave shops and many windows of Jews’ houses were broken.

Abraham Jacob Weiss, 39, died in a hospital in Radom of injuries received a month ago when attacked by Nationalists.

Yellow bills were posted in front of Jewish shops in the non-Jewish districts of Warsaw to encourage boycotting of these establishments.
