Robberies, Shooting Mark Continued Arab Disturbances

Sporadic disturbances continued today in several parts of Palestine, marked by highway robberies and attempted assassination of an Arab labor leader.

Four Jewish-owned trucks were held up on the Tiberias — Nazareth road. The bandits, reported to be Arabs, fired upon and robbed two of the trucks, the other two escaping.

In Jaffa, Arab assailants fired upon and wounded Michel Mitri, president of the Arab Labor Association.
