The appearance of the third volume of the General Yiddish Encyclopedia, published by the Simeon Dubnow Fund, was celebrated last night with a gathering of Jewish social workers and journalists. Daniel Tcharny, a writer, and M. Abramovitch, editor, were among the speakers.
