Forty-four members of the Bund, Jewish labor organization, were arrested last night at a lecture on Alexander Pushkin, the Russian poet, at a meeting of the Jewish Printers’ Union.
Fourteen of them, including Salomon Mendelsohn, a leader of the Bund, were released today. The other thirty were held.
